Payment

Accepted payment methods for your purchase include Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Interac. You will be charged in Canadian dollars. 

Currency

All prices are listed in CAD$/Canadian Dollars. If you would like the prices to be shown in EUR, GBP, HKD or USD, please scroll to the bottom of any page to select your preferred currency.

Sales taxes

All Canadian residents will be charged GST/HST for your province or territory of residence. These taxes will be calculated on your total order including shipping charges and will be applied at check out.

Shipping and Handling Charges

Canada

Shipping for all orders to Canada - Standard (3 - 9 business days) is a $8 flat rate. Shipping for all orders to Canada - Expedited (1 - 2 business days) is a $12 flat rate. 

USA

Shipping for all orders to the USA - Standard (4 - 8 business days) is a $15 flat rate. Shipping for all orders to the USA - Expedited ( 2 - 3 business days) is a $20 flat rate. 

International 

Shipping for all other orders Internationally - Standard (10 - 24 business days) is a $20 flat rate. If you would like to request an expedited option for international orders, please send us a message via our Contact Us page, and we will look into pricing for you. 

All stationary purchases are sent via letter mail, unless shipped with additional items. In this case, they will be shipped at our regular flat rate shipping rates. 

All orders will be shipped within 5 - 10 business days of placing your order.  

Note: All orders are shipped via Canada Post. Please be aware that the expected delivery time is undetermined at the moment due to COVID-19. Please expect delays. Canada Post is not guaranteeing delivery times at this time.

Loss or Damage through Canada Post or your Postal Service

Unfortunately we are unable to be responsible for the handling of your purchase once it has been shipped. 

Customs and Duties

Unfortunately we cannot be responsible for any duties charged to you at customs.   Please be aware of your local customs and duties policies. Your purchase will be shipped from Ontario, Canada.

Local Delivery

If you would like to have your order delivered, we offer a $5 flat-rate local delivery within a 20 km radius from Toronto. 

Select this option at check out to see if you are within the 20 km radius drop-off zone and we will be in touch to arrange a convenient time for you to have your order dropped-off safely. Drop-offs are scheduled twice a week. Please keep in mind it may take 4 - 7 business days for your delivery with this option.

Please be available and at home to answer your door when we are arriving with your delivery. Honey Mellon is not responsible for lost or stolen items at your front porch/residence/facility.
