Returns & Exchanges

Your satisfaction is very important to us. We will gladly accept returns for a credit or an exchange only. Please take a look at our Final Sale Items list located below.

If you would like to exchange your purchase or request a credit, please contact us to make arrangements within 7 days of the arrival of your original purchase.

You will be asked to send back the item in its unused and original condition within 7 days of receiving it. Items received following the return period will be accepted at the sole discretion of Honey Mellon. 

Please note: the customer is responsible for both shipping and return shipping costs. 

Once it is back in our possession, we will notify you that we have received it. 

Final Sale Items

For hygiene reasons, please understand that the following are final sale:

All face masks, sleep masks, face coverings, earrings, custom pieces (including resized jewelry, stamped jewelry, etc), gift cards, bath products (bath bombs, bath salts, soaps), beauty/face/hair oils, dried florals, hair accessories (scrunchies, headbands), face cloths, reusable cotton rounds and Sale items.

Note: Prior to any order leaving our facility, each item is quality checked through three periods of time; 1) once when the item is received, 2) once when the item is pulled for the order, and 3) one last time as it is securely packaged to ship. With this process we can ensure that no item leaves our hands unless it's exactly as it should be.
